1. Overview

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated agent containing the following information:

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
