1. Overview
OnTheTopList respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including enough information to locate it (such as the URL)
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Removal Request
If you need to request removal of a listing for reasons other than copyright (such as outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate content), please use our Removal Request form.
